Purpose

UnscrambleLetters.online helps people solve letter puzzles, learn word-building strategies and create classroom activities. Pages are written to answer a specific user need. We do not publish automatically generated location pages, copied dictionary articles or near-duplicate pages created only to target search phrases.

Who publishes the site

The site is published by Craig G. Tool explanations and guides are reviewed against the live browser tools before publication. No claim is made to professional teaching, linguistic or tournament-official status.

How examples are checked

Worked letter sets are entered into the same public tool available to visitors. We check that every result uses the permitted letters, repeated letters are counted correctly and exact-anagram examples use all supplied characters. Game scores are checked against the letter-value table used in the site's code.

Dictionary transparency

The site distinguishes its everyday list from its larger word-game list and explains that neither is an official ruling for every game. Short definitions are based on a public-domain historical dictionary and may not include modern senses. These limits are disclosed on the method page.

Advertising and independence

Advertising may appear on the site. Ads do not determine which words appear, how results are sorted, or what advice is included in a guide. Advertising must remain visually distinct from tool controls and editorial content. We do not label ordinary advertisements as recommendations, place ads where they resemble navigation or ask visitors to click them.

Corrections

Reports are checked against a reproducible example. Material factual errors are corrected on the affected page, and its reviewed date is updated. Minor style changes do not receive a separate correction note. To report a problem, use the contact page and include the URL, letters entered and result you expected.

Review cycle

Core tool pages are reviewed when matching or scoring code changes. Guides are reviewed when an example, rule explanation or linked tool changes. Policy and privacy pages are reviewed when advertising, analytics or data-handling practices change.
